Our approach for small to medium enterprises aims to provide a well thought through and thorough strategic marketing approach, this includes securing that the operations strategy and marketing requirements fit well together. Of course individual elements can be looked at, however, at the end of the day it is how everything fits together, which determines the chances for success!
When it comes to start-up companies we provide some guiding principles about what to think about and what to look out for. As these types of firms are small or are run by one individual we are careful not to overload with advice and ideas, which just don't fit at this juncture of the firms life-cycle. Practical advice is our "advice here".
