We offer two different types of package for small companies and start-ups. They have a different areas of focus.
Package 1:
Analyses the firm’s product offering and its definition - the aim is to better align and structure the offer(s) to suit the market place, where perhaps a more logical pricing structure needs to be implemented and where the products and prices need to be positioned towards the desired segments.
Typical package 1 contents:

The second package looks at the firms operations and organisation from a strategic perspective, the goal to better the align activities, roles and responsibilities to the firms strategy and sales objectives.
Typical package 2 contents:
The subject areas detailed below are obviously quite complex and usually the package 2 is split into several smaller steps depending on the requirements of the customer.
Package 2 is for firms who are experiencing “growth pains”, they have established themselves, have typically 5-10 employees and the organisation is now unsure how organise themselves, the roles and responsibilities are unclear and perhaps the next phase of the form’s growth is more linked to the organisation and it’s capabilities.
These packages will be structured and tailor made to fit each firms specific requirements and situation.

- Business and activity planning: what are my plans?

- Business and activity planning: how are we going to deliver the results?
